• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging engagement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusivity and appropriate levels.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise routines, and social gatherings.
