Job summary

You will tailor programs to residents’ needs, organize spaces and equipment, and document participation and outcomes, contributing to a caring, uplifting living environment and ongoing resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare activity spaces and organize equipment and supplies for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts & crafts, games, music sessions, exercises, and social gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
