The Californian in Pasadena, CA, seeks an Activities Director to design, implement, and evaluate recreational programs for residents. You will plan events, coordinate with vendors, monitor engagement, and maintain records; collaborate with residents, families, and staff to foster a safe, inclusive community.

• 2 years of experience in activities direction or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee a diverse range of activities in collaboration with residents and families.
• Plan and execute special events, such as theme parties, outings, and holidays.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to bring new and exciting experiences to our community.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments to ensure resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive community.
