Provincial Senior Living in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Part Time Celebrations Coordinator to support resident services by planning and coordinating activities that promote health, wellbeing, engagement and growth.

You will lead programs, encourage resident participation, and collaborate with team members and volunteers to execute an active calendar of events for memory care and assisted living residents. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful team impact.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college preferred.
• One to three years experience preferred in assisted living or senior population.
• Experience coordinating activities and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct programs providing physical, intellectual, social and emotional opportunities.
• Invite and encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Manage a comprehensive activities program with team members and volunteers.
• Coordinate events from start to finish, including setup and teardown.
• Plan programs for holidays and special events.
• Coordinate decorations and supplies for activities.
• Work with departments to ensure equipment and space availability.
• Plan mixed-group activities for different resident groups.
• Facilitate memory care activities and maintain orderly activity spaces.
• Maintain inventory of activity supplies and prepare reports on participation.
