Job summary

StoryPoint in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support residents with engaging activities in a senior living community. The role requires flexibility to cover Sundays through Saturdays, with pay at $15 per hour and both part-time and full-time options.

You will assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, coordinating, and executing programs, while handling administrative tasks and ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support administrative tasks for Life Enrichment team.
• Maintain a high level of resident safety while completing tasks.
• Setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and assist with safety practices.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook standards.
