Zusammenfassung

StoryPoint is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant at our Silvis, IL location. The role supports planning and executing activities for residents, with 3 days per week and rotating weekends, from 8am-4pm, at a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Join our Life Enrichment team to help enrich residents' social welfare and interests in a senior living community, while upholding safety standards and contributing to a positive 1440 culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Aufgaben

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
