• Support a monthly calendar of events including games, crafts, fitness, music, outings, and special events.
• Encourage resident participation and tailor activities for various abilities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through personalized interactions.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers to support the activity program.
