Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities based on residents’ needs and interests.
• Manage activities department including staffing and budget adherence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain documentation reflecting services and resident progress.
• Communicate facility programs with residents and family.
