Responsibilities

• Develop monthly activity calendars with group activities, outings, events, and in-room activities.
• Design activities based on residents' interests, abilities, needs, and assessments.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, crafts, reading, games, and social activities.
• Provide materials and resources to support participation, including alternative formats when needed.
• Participate in activity care plans and resident assessments.
