Dial Senior Living in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead the lifestyle team and design engaging activities that enhance residents' physical, social, and cognitive wellbeing.

You will develop a diverse monthly calendar, coordinate outings, manage budgets, train staff, and ensure branding and communications are consistent while partnering with dining and care teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Degree in social services, gerontology, recreation, or equivalent.
• 2+ years progressive experience in a senior living setting or similar.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifestyle team to create resident experiences that promote a vibrant, inclusive community.
• Develop a diverse monthly calendar with seven days of activities including evenings and weekends.
• Organize and facilitate a residents' committee to solicit feedback on programming.
• Document resident engagement daily and track trends in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate outings, events, and decorations, and supervise staff to meet goals.
• Ensure communications and flyers use approved templates and coordinate with dining for events.
