Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to organize and lead activity programs for older adults.
• Ability to drive company vehicles and supervise volunteers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care activities.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan monthly calendars.
• Facilitate group activities and 1-1 visits engaging residents, families and staff.
• Communicate programs to residents, families, volunteers and staff.
• Assist in preparing vibrant Life Enrichment calendars reflecting residents’ interests.
• Organize activity supplies and equipment for residents.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on activity programs.
• Invite and assist residents to activities; supervise volunteers as necessary.
• Participate in trainings as requested by administration.
• May assist residents on outings which may include driving the company vehicles.
