Job summary

MorningStar at Ridgegate in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Activities Assistant (PRN) to support resident programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will coordinate group activities, lead crafts and games, prepare monthly calendars, and assist with outings while maintaining compassionate care and confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required and driving may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to organize and lead activities for seniors.
• Good communication with residents and families.
• Comfort with using computers to manage calendars and notes.

Responsibilities

• Organize programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Facilitate group activities and 1-1 visits.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Prepare monthly Life Enrichment calendars reflecting residents’ interests.
