Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities for independent, assisted, and memory care residents, promoting their physical, mental and social well-being. This part-time role requires a high school diploma; an associate’s degree is preferred.

• Experience working with seniors in activities or enrichment preferred.
• Ability to develop diverse wellness programs and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating monthly resident activities.
• Promote healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Provide educational opportunities on disease prevention and wellness.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
