Job summary

LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Chadds Ford in Glen Mills, PA 19342 is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the planning and execution of resident activities. This part-time role requires driving residents in a van as needed and providing a warm, engaging program.

Qualifications

• Assist in developing and implementing activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation in daily activities.

• Must be able to lift and assist with supplies and equipment.
• Must drive residents in a van and assist with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing residence activities.
• Propose ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Maintain a professional, warm relationship with residents and families.
• Assist with transportation arrangements for activities and community events.
• Support volunteer programs and residence store activities.
• Help with monthly calendars and newsletters, and attend training.
