Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to lead group programs for residents and coordinate activity schedules at our Twinsburg, OH location.

You will transport residents, plan and run recreation activities, and promote programs to residents, staff and families. A High School diploma is required, with 2+ years in a patient activities program or a related college degree plus a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma and 2+ years of experience in a patient activities program in a health care setting, OR a college degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Nursing Home Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or OTA with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities.
• Assist with planning and leadership of recreation programs.
• Promote facility programs to residents, staff, family and volunteers.
