Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the geriatric population or in related fields.
• Experience as an Activities Assistant in a licensed health care facility preferred.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured and impromptu programs for residents.
• Escort residents on group trips and excursions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging programs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ needs to the Programming Manager.
• Manage program supplies and ensure functionality and safety.
