Qualifications

• State-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA training/competency program required or provided by the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents.
• Create activities that accommodate different physical and cognitive abilities.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Maintain daily schedules and prepare activity materials.
