Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading individual and group activities.
• Conduct room visits and provide personalized activities based on resident interests.
• Organize and maintain activity supplies and equipment.
• Document resident participation and assist with Resident Council.
• Help coordinate evening, weekend, holiday, and community events.
• Promote resident engagement, socialization, and quality of life.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures during activities.
• Collaborate with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
