Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents in a welcoming senior living community. You will encourage participation, assist with calendars and newsletters, and ensure residents are escorted to programs as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead small groups, with consideration for a valid driver's license where applicable. Senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage resident participation.
• Prepare activity calendars and newsletters.
• Escort residents to programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes.
