Job summary

Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, in Marshall, MN, is seeking an Activities Assistant for part-time afternoon shifts to enrich residents' lives and support a close-knit team.

As a Community Life Assistant, you will assist the Department Supervisor, facilitate group programs, promote wellness, and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers. This on-site role offers a wage of $17.50-$22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must relate professionally with residents, families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing and coordinating community life and wellness programs.
• Facilitate group programs as assigned during shifts.
• Promote wellness dimensions within community life activities.
• Communicate programs and build positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
