Job summary

Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Community Life/Activities Assistant. The role supports development and execution of community life programs, including wellness activities, for residents across Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Full-time, on-site position with a daytime shift. Compensation reflects an hourly wage of $17.50–$22.50 and includes benefits; prior experience in senior living is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Must possess advanced computer skills and email use.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
