Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking an Activities Aide at our Kapolei, HI location to plan and deliver engaging activity programs for Kupuna. You will observe resident responses, document outcomes, and adjust activities in partnership with the Activity Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and about a year of experience with seniors; weekend/holiday shifts are available. We offer a friendly, mission-driven team culture with supportive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year experience in long‑term care or working with the elderly preferred.
• Casual shifts require weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide activity programs and services to Kupuna.
• Observe (and document) resident responses to activity programs and revise with Activity Manager as needed.
• Assist residents to maintain the highest level of functioning using adaptive devices and prosthetic devices.
• Participate in community planning related to the facility's interests and residents' needs.
