Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant to plan and lead daily activities for residents. You will encourage participation and create a welcoming, inclusive environment, providing hands-on support during programs and helping with setup and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors or patients preferred.
• Warm, friendly and compassionate personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and organized.
• Enthusiastic about engaging with residents and creating meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities and programs.
• Encourage residents to participate and create an inclusive, welcoming environment.
• Provide hands-on support during scheduled activities.
• Help prepare activity areas and clean up after programs.
• Document resident participation and attendance.
• Work closely with the Activities Director and other team members to support resident well-being.
