Job summary

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant to plan and lead daily activities for residents. You will encourage participation and create a welcoming, inclusive environment, providing hands-on support during programs and helping with setup and cleanup.

Join our team to document participation, work with the Activities Director, and support resident well-being through engaging experiences that improve quality of life for seniors in our care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors or patients preferred.
• Warm, friendly and compassionate personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
