Job summary

FROST Florida seeks a Head of Scheduling in Lake Worth, FL to own labor planning, crew bookings, and schedule communication for live events. You will forecast demand, secure qualified personnel (full-time and freelance), and maintain crew plans across simultaneous shows, using your production knowledge and freelancer networks.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Department Heads, and Sales to translate job requirements into practical crew plans and resolve conflicts, ensuring plans

Qualifications

• Three years plus in live events or crew logistics.
• Experience building freelancer relationships and bookings.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own labor planning for events and bookings.
• Coordinate freelancers and full-time staff across shows.
• Publish call details and manage schedule changes.
• Monitor overtime and cost implications.
• Work with Project Managers and Sales to convert requirements into crew plans.
• Maintain records in scheduling tools.
