Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of professional technical live event experience.
• Experience with Ross/Blackmagic switchers and PTZ cameras.
• Bachelor's degree in media production or related field preferred; certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and deliver live events at the client's fully equipped event center.
• Operate, configure, and troubleshoot Ross/Blackmagic consoles and PTZ cameras.
• Coordinate with external AV vendors and internal stakeholders to meet needs.
• Develop SOPs and manage risks during pre-production, execution, and post-event.
