avad3, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas is seeking a Senior Event Production Tech to plan, prep, pack, and operate the gear that powers our events, from local NWA shows to nationwide productions.

You’ll lead on‑site tech operations, build gear plans, and ensure precise load‑ins and setups across audio, video, lighting and staging. This role requires 3–5+ years in live event production, strong teamwork, reliability, and travel for about 18 events per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in live event production (audio, video, lighting; volunteer or paid; event or film).
• Working knowledge of professional‑grade event gear and systems (cabling, signal flow, troubleshooting).
• Strength in at least one department: Audio, Video or Lighting; broad proficiency across all.
• Willingness to travel around 18 events annually; valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, test, and pack all show‑specific gear based on project needs.
• Build and submit tech plans for events, including gear lists and setup notes.
• Execute load‑ins, show operation, and strikes as lead technician on-site.
• Operate and troubleshoot gear across audio, video, lighting and staging.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs or replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with production managers to align tech plans with client goals.
• Load/unload trucks; keep gear organized and safe.
• Assist in continuous improvement of shop and gear prep systems.
