Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Producer to join the LEGO Fortnite production team in driving high-quality live content and continuous improvements. You will partner with initiative leaders across Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and Production to deliver scope, schedules, and milestones for major releases.

The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, and managing complex project timelines in a fast-paced entertainment and technology environment.

Qualifications

• Developed 2+ games from concept through launch in production/project management roles with 3+ years operating a live service game.
• Strong experience using JIRA and other core project management tools.
• Deep understanding of game development, partner approval processes, and dependency chains.
• Strong organizational skills and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience solving problems daily and driving projects to final resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: play testing the game and guiding estimates and direction.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and production to scope and schedule deliverables.
• Ensure optimal organizational structure, processes and practices for high-quality work on time.
• Own outcomes and drive tradeoff decisions; keep databases like ShotGrid and JIRA up to date.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across teams.
• Proactively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
