Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize complex projects and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholder levels.
• Experience driving production in live-service games.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, art, QA and production teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
• Self-starter with creative, methodical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: play testing the game, inspire candor, and consider estimates and input.
• Partner with Design, Programming, Art, QA, and production to scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Ensure the team has effective structures, processes, and practices for high-quality work on time.
• Drive tradeoff decisions across disciplines and coordinate with Release teams and database upkeep (Shotgrid, JIRA).
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across multiple teams for successful releases.
• Provide transparent status and risk updates to stakeholders for upcoming releases.
