We need someone who is deeply organized, communicates clearly across disciplines, and thrives managing the schedules of multiple complex art projects.

You’ll manage asset schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior producers, balancing short‑term needs with the long‑term vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in video game development, ideally live‑service.
• Production role with management of art teams in delivering high‑quality art.
• Experience supporting technical art disciplines (Tech Art, Lighting, FX) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of dependency‑driven pipelines, scheduling, asset tracking, and PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Schedule – scope and schedule work; build dependency‑driven asset timelines.
• Center of Communication – maintain transparency on asset status, risks, opportunities.
• Proactively Seek Resolution – identify problems and propose solutions before roadblocks.
• Flexible Multitasker – manage multiple large production needs across teams.
• Facilitate Development Operations – schedule meetings, run reviews, provide actionable notes.
• Mentor and grow junior Art Producers.
