Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead the creation and delivery of live-service content for a dynamic gaming experience. You will craft missions, moments, and narratives that engage players and foster safe, enjoyable social interactions across live updates.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, art, and product teams to shape the player experience, define future updates, and drive end-to-end content delivery for live games.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional game design experience, including 2+ years as a senior creator.
• Launched at least 1 live-service game with a team of 5+ people.
• Deep experience building and delivering live-service updates.

Responsibilities

• Create daily content for players seeking engaging, enjoyable and safe social experiences.
• Design missions/content from concept to delivery, including levels and set pieces.
• Influence narrative and procedural methods to ensure variety and enjoyment with a lean content team.
• Draft specs for features and know what to cut and what to keep.
• Collaborate closely with other disciplines to build features that meet product goals.
