Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks an experienced Broadcast Master Control Room Operator to oversee live operations, signal routing, and cloud-based video workflows for government-grade broadcasts.

You will monitor feeds, configure IP-based systems, and support content distribution from Washington, DC, with an on-site role at the State Department HQ. Prior Master Control experience and familiarity with SDI/IP video are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional broadcast operations experience.
• Experience with broadcast routing systems, cloud video platforms, SDI, IP video, and master control operations.
• Experience using Blackbird or similar cloud editing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast master control systems.
• Manage video routing, encoders, decoders, and cloud workflows.
• Monitor live broadcasts and resolve operational issues.
• Configure IP-based video systems and streaming infrastructure.
• Support production scheduling and content distribution.
