Job summary

E-Logic is seeking a Broadcast Infrastructure & IT Tech Services professional to support broadcast systems, IT infrastructure, and live production technologies for the U.S. Department of State.

The selected candidate will maintain and troubleshoot broadcast and network systems supporting mission-critical multimedia operations. The role is primarily on-site in Washington, DC, with responsibilities spanning infrastructure maintenance, live event support, and upgrades to ensure continuous,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Broadcast Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional broadcast infrastructure or IT systems experience.
  • Experience with SMPTE standards, TCP/IP networking, broadcast equipment, digital video systems, and systems integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain broadcast and audiovisual infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and production systems.
  • Support live event broadcast control rooms.
  • Maintain IP routing, switching, and broadcast network equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
