WizeHire, Inc. is seeking an experienced trial attorney in Houston, TX, to manage a demanding litigation caseload and handle all aspects of the trial process.

You will draft pleadings, motions, notices, and work toward favorable resolutions while mentoring junior associates. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in representing clients across real estate, construction, and business law, with at least seven trials as lead attorney and excellent research and drafting abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 7 trials as lead attorney.
• Exceptional legal research and drafting skills.
• Background in real estate, construction, and business law.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation caseloads from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and related court documents.
• Mentor and coach junior associates toward successful outcomes.
• Represent clients in court with compelling advocacy.
