Job summary

W3Global in Houston, TX is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to represent clients in real estate and community association disputes, manage a docket from pre-suit through trial, and provide corporate counsel support for a portfolio of clients.

Ideal candidate is licensed in Texas with 3+ years of litigation experience, strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, and readiness for a full-time in-person role in Houston.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern District.
• 3+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated courtroom/hearing experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to maintain a full-time, in-person schedule and meet billing minimums.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pursue judicial foreclosure actions and related litigation from filing through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft dispositive motions, and prepare court briefings
• Represent clients at hearings and in court proceedings
• Manage litigation timelines, discovery, and case strategy for an assigned caseload
• Serve as corporate counsel for assigned clients, including document preparation and compliance guidance
• Communicate directly with clients on case status and strategy
• Supervise legal assistants supporting litigation matters
• Attend client board/member meetings as needed
