Job summary

Integreon is seeking a Senior Litigation Technology Specialist to join our team as a senior technical resource for complex litigation matters. You will support attorneys and litigation teams through the lifecycle—from case preparation to hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

You will lead litigation technology projects, provide courtroom and trial tech support, develop multimedia presentations, assist with e-Discovery in Relativity, and mentor other specialists.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in litigation support or legal technology
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in legal technology or related field
• Strong proficiency with trial presentation tech and familiarity with Relativity or other document review platforms
• Solid understanding of the litigation process and e-Discovery lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and provide in-courtroom support
• Experience supporting high-profile or complex litigation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in litigation technology including Trial Director, OnCue, Opus2, Page Vault
• Lead complex litigation technology projects and provide strategic guidance to attorneys
• Provide hands-on courtroom and trial technology support and equipment setup
• Lead preparation and QC of multimedia trial presentations, deposition video, demonstratives and digital exhibits
• Support e-Discovery initiatives including data processing, loading, and production in Relativity
• Mentor and guide Livgitation Technology Specialists
• Develop and deliver advanced training on litigation tech tools and best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies and collaborate with vendors
• Maintain documentation and chain-of-custody records
• Travel to offices and courthouses as needed
