Milbank LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Litigation Technology Specialist to manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle across matters, from data collection to trial support.

The role requires advanced Relativity expertise, processing workflows, analytics, and strong consultative guidance to attorneys and case teams.

You will work with IT, Records, and outside vendors to ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of law firm or litigation support service provider experience.
• Relativity Expertise - extensive hands-on experience administering Relativity workspaces including analytics and production.
• Relativity Processing - configuring and troubleshooting Relativity Processing workflows.
• Relativity Production Management - overseeing production workflows in Relativity.
• Relativity Analytics - deploying analytics tools to accelerate review.
• AI Awareness - understanding generative AI and AI-assisted review tools.
• EDRM Knowledge - understanding the EDRM model across matter lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status, monitor deadlines, allocate resources, and identify issues.
• Provide user support to case teams for search, retrieval, and databases.
• Train attorneys and legal assistants on litigation support systems and eDiscovery best practices.
• Adhere to best practices for data processing, loading, review and production.
• Load and design databases, load electronic documents into Relativity/Case Notebook.
• Create and modify load files and reports using MS Access and SQL.
• Customize document review panes, views and workflows for attorneys.
• Serve as Litigation Technology lead on assigned matters across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot systems, coordinate upgrades and server migrations.
• Process ESI using Relativity tools (OCR, de-dup, etc.).
• Mentor analysts and assist in documenting guidelines and procedures.
• Provide tech support at depositions and trials.
