Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager based in Palo Alto or San Francisco. The role is hybrid, with 3 days on-site.

You will advise on scope of Lit Support, defensible data collection, and manage content across email, cloud data, and mobile sources while mentoring legal staff. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in litigation support within Am Law 100 environments and 3+ years in senior analyst or PM roles, plus platform expertise (Relativity, Nuix Discover,

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in litigation support, practice support, or paralegal work at an Am Law 100 firm or comparable legal environment.
• 3+ years in a senior analyst or project management capacity.
• Deep experience with the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery/litigation support procedures and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients/attorneys on scope of Lit Support: doc/data management strategy, discovery through trial.
• Advise on defensible collection methods, chain-of-custody requirements for cloud collaboration platforms, social media, structured data.
• Collect, organize, review, produce hard-copy/digital content: email, cloud data, mobile/forensic data, etc.
• Train, coach, mentor attorneys, paralegals, staff in effective use of platforms/workflows.
