Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst II to support the Department of Justice Fraud Section in a fast-paced environment. This role involves advanced case support, including document management, deposition preparation, and in-courtroom assistance, using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.

The candidate will review and organize discovery, supervise junior staff as needed, and coordinate with DOJ attorneys, Federal agencies, and outside counsel while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or three years of experience on major litigation support projects
• Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
• Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys for Fraud Section investigations and trials.
• Assist with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.
• Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DOJ components, Federal agencies, counsel, and others as needed.
• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks effectively and completes tasks under strict time constraints.
