TORKLAW is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to support a 2–3 attorney litigation team in a dynamic personal injury practice. The role encompasses handling pleadings, motions, discovery, and proofs of service in a modern, cloud-based environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a litigation secretary role, deep knowledge of California court procedures, and the ability to coordinate multiple attorneys while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a litigation secretary.
• Strong knowledge of California CCP deadlines and e-filing.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys while managing deadlines.
• Comfortable with cloud-based technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, e-file, serve, and manage litigation documents with organized electronic files.
• Manage calendaring for hearings, deadlines, depositions, and client meetings, coordinating with vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals.
