Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
• Proven track record in developing and growing a book of business.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.
• High level of professionalism and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, pretrial, trial, and appeal.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs.
• Grow the book of business by leveraging networks and referrals.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys to share knowledge and promote a learning culture.
• Stay informed about legal changes impacting clients and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Participate in firm management as a Partner/Shareholder.
• Represent the firm professionally and uphold its values.
