Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and TX Bar admission are required.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, or insurance defense.
• Proven track record in case litigation, client relationship management, and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters including product and premises liability, commercial disputes, and defense work.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage the discovery process.
• Take depositions, develop litigation strategies, and prepare cases for trial.
• Collaborate with partners and associates; advise clients on risk and strategy.
• Participate in business development and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and trends.
