Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials; excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ten+ years civil litigation experience preferred; municipal/public, constitutional, employment, or commercial law a plus.
• WA State Bar Association membership required.
• Ability to supervise junior attorneys and manage complex civil litigation.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
• Prepare pleadings and briefs reflecting high analytical skills and written advocacy.
• Work directly with clients and supervise junior attorneys.
• Provide general counseling to public, private, and nonprofit clients.
