Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials.

• Membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• Ten or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in municipal/public law, constitutional law, employment law, or commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings and briefs reflecting high-caliber analysis and advocacy.
• Possess strong presentation and case management skills.
• Work directly with clients and supervise junior attorneys.
• Provide general counseling to public, private, and non-profit clients.
