Qualifications

• Ten or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal software, search databases, and computer proficiency.
• Membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• Experience in municipal/public law, constitutional law, employment law, or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings and briefs reflecting high standards of analysis and advocacy.
• Supervise junior attorneys and supervise client communications.
