Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal software, search databases, and computer proficiency.
• Membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• Ten or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in municipal/public law, constitutional law, employment law, or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all aspects of civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
• Prepare pleadings and briefs reflecting high analytical and written advocacy standards.
• Supervise junior attorneys and work directly with clients.
• Provide general counseling to a variety of public, private, and non-profit clients.
