Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of litigation experience focusing on commercial trucking and general negligence
• Preferred experience in Personal Injury
• Expert knowledge filing federal court cases
• Proven track record in all aspects of litigation from filing through trial and resolution

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting of petitions, motions, and legal documents
• Oversee discovery process including drafting responses and managing timelines
• Communicate with clients and keep them informed throughout litigation
• Organize and maintain electronic case files and documentation
• Mentor junior paralegals and support staff in litigation best practices
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys with diverse perspectives and working styles
• Demonstrate availability beyond normal hours for trial matters
