Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal court filings.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison among courts and parties.
• Review, organize, and maintain case materials.
• Conduct case-related research.
• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate document collection and production.
• Assist in deposition and trial preparation.
• Manage calendaring for depositions, hearings, and meetings.
