Falcon Legal Talent in Midtown Atlanta is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for a boutique firm. You will manage complex civil matters, coordinate discovery, and support attorneys through hearings, depositions, and trials.

Ideal candidates have eight+ years of paralegal experience, strong writing, excellent document management skills, and proficiency with e-discovery tools. This role offers a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Eight or more years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling complex civil matters and federal court cases.
• Experience with labor and employment litigation is a plus.
• Proficiency with litigation technology and e-discovery workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day case activity, track deadlines, and maintain organized litigation files.
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other case documents.
• Manage document collection, review, and production in e-discovery workflows.
• Organize deposition materials, summarize testimony, prepare exhibits and witness files.
• Help attorneys prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct factual research and assist with briefing and appellate materials.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and service providers.
• Identify upcoming needs and follow through to keep matters progressing.
