Magnolia Recruiting Group partners with a highly regarded national law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Atlanta. In this role you will assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage discovery, coordinate depositions, and help prepare for trial.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience and a strong background in defense, commercial, or complex litigation, with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong background in defense litigation, commercial litigation, or complex litigation.
• Experience independently managing cases and coordinating discovery.
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Manage discovery, document review, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, prepare exhibits, and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and organize litigation materials.
